1. Content Quality

All course content must be factual, evidence-based, and derived from credible sources. Misleading, false, or deceptive content is strictly prohibited. Developers must ensure their course materials adhere to industry best practices.
1.2 Skill Development & Educational Value
Courses should be designed to enhance students’ skills, knowledge, and career prospects. Courses should provide real value to learners and not be created with the sole intention of generating revenue. Developers must structure their courses to provide a progressive learning experience, ensuring students gain measurable outcomes.
1.3 Avoidance of Conflicts of Interest
Course content must be neutral and objective and should not promote any personal, political, religious, or cultural biases. Developers must avoid promoting ideologies, misleading claims, or controversial viewpoints that may lead to conflicts among learners.
1.4 Prohibited Content Developers must not include content that:
Encourages or promotes violence, discrimination, hate speech, or extremism. Violates intellectual property rights, copyrights, or trademarks. Contains pornographic, obscene, defamatory, or harmful materials. Includes fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities.
1.5 Legal Responsibility
Global Care Courses is a third-party platform and does not claim ownership of any course content. Developers retain full responsibility for their content and its legal compliance. If a developer is subjected to legal action (locally or internationally) due to their course content, Global Care Courses bears no liability. Developers must ensure their courses comply with all applicable international, national, and local laws.
1.6 Platform Rights
Global Care Courses reserves the right to accept, reject, suspend, or remove any course without prior notice or explanation. The platform is not obligated to justify its decisions regarding course approval or removal.
2. Pricing and Payment
2.1 Pricing Policy
Developers should set reasonable and market-competitive prices for their courses. Courses that are overpriced, unreasonably expensive, or lack value-for-money will not be approved.
2.2 Commission Structure
Global Care Courses charges a 30% commission on each course sale. Additional deductions may apply due to: Changes in tax policies. Legal fees or government-mandated charges. Payment processing fees and other financial requirements.
2.3 Payment Schedule
Payments will be processed after the 1st of every month. Delays in payments may occur due to bank processing times, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances. Developers acknowledge that Global Care Courses is not liable for any delays beyond its control.
2.4 Payment Withholding & Disputes Global Care Courses reserves the right to hold, delay, or discontinue payments if:
A course is found to be fraudulent, misleading, or illegal. There is an ongoing investigation into the developer’s content or account.
A developer is found to be violating this policy. Payment disputes must be submitted in writing to Global Care Courses Support Team for resolution.
2.5 Ethical Disclaimer
Developers acknowledge that any unintentional payment delays, withheld amounts, or financial discrepancies are to be forgiven in good faith and in the Court of God on the Day of Judgment.
3. Instructor & Developer Responsibilities
3.1 Course Management & Updates
Developers must keep their course content updated to ensure relevance and accuracy. Courses that become outdated, misleading, or irrelevant may be removed or suspended.
3.2 Instructor Behavior & Ethics
Developers must maintain professional conduct when interacting with students. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or unethical behavior towards students will lead to account termination. Developers must respond to student inquiries in a timely and respectful manner.
3.3 Intellectual Property & Copyright Compliance
Developers must own or have proper licensing for all course materials, including videos, documents, and images. Plagiarism or unauthorized use of copyrighted materials is strictly prohibited.
4. Miscellaneous
4.1 Policy Amendments
Global Care Courses reserves the right to update, modify, add, or remove any clause in this policy without prior notice. Developers must regularly review the policy to ensure compliance with the latest terms.
4.2 Termination of Developer Accounts
Global Care Courses reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any developer account if: The developer is found to be in serious violation of this policy. The courses fail to meet quality standards. There are multiple complaints or reports from students.
4.3 Acceptance of Terms
By uploading courses on Global Care Courses, developers agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in: Course removal. Account suspension or termination Legal consequences, if applicable.
